With a rich background in marketing across various industries such as software and telecommunications, Jen brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role within CertaPro. Residing in Decatur, Georgia, Jen is not only a dedicated professional but also a loving wife to Jeremy Rhett and a devoted mother to their three children. Throughout her tenure at CertaPro, Jen has worn many hats, seamlessly transitioning between roles in office management, production, accounting, and marketing. While she primarily operates behind the scenes, Jen always welcomes opportunities to engage with customers, fostering strong relationships built on trust and integrity. One of the defining features of Jen and Jeremy’s approach to business is their commitment to combining the resources of a national franchise with the personalized touch of a family-owned enterprise. This unique blend allows them to provide exceptional service to their customers while maintaining a deep-rooted sense of community involvement and dedication. In 2013, driven by their passion for literacy and a desire to give back to their community, Jen and Jeremy, along with a good friend and educator, co-founded Reading is Essential for All People (REAP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving reading proficiency among Georgia public school students. Through teacher training and enrichment programs, REAP strives to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners, empowering them with the skills they need to succeed. CertaPro wholeheartedly supports REAP’s mission, providing space for its operations and donating a portion of every painting project to the cause. Currently serving as the Executive Director of REAP, Jen continues to champion the organization’s efforts to promote literacy and educational equity throughout Georgia. Her unwavering dedication to both her professional endeavors and philanthropic initiatives exemplifies her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
