Commercial Painting Project for The Manor House Condominiums

Situated near Peachtree Battle in Atlanta’s Buckhead section, the Manor House is a gated, mid-rise condo community consisting of a seven-story residential building with an attached triple-level parking deck.

As part of a significant exterior renovation, CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur was hired to repaint the guest parking section in the top floor of the garage, as well as a fountain/planter enclosure in the property’s courtyard. The parking deck’s existing color scheme was outdated and did not allow for easy cleaning, and the fountain was suffering from paint failure and extensive peeling.

The project started with pressure washing, general prep, and painting of defined areas, including a color change to the fountain and planters. Additionally, our crew painting the exterior door frames off the building’s entryway. All areas received Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint® latex paint.

One of the job’s not-so-minor challenges was reducing inconvenience to residents. We worked with the community to block off access to the parking lot and high-traffic areas during work hours, which posed a bit of a roadblock for residents coming and going. Fortunately, we finished the job in three days.
